What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field, 8+ years of experience in IT Business Partnering, Supply Chain IT, or Digital Transformation roles, Domain knowledge in logistics, transportation, distribution, and/or global trade, Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional digital initiatives, Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior business leaders, Experience working within structured IT governance and portfolio management frameworks
Nice to Have
Experience in global, regulated, or life sciences environments, Knowledge of global trade compliance concepts and systems, Familiarity with digital technologies such as analytics platforms, automation, integration middleware, and cloud-based supply chain solutions, MBA or advanced degree
What You'll Do.
Serve as key partner and trusted advisor
Shape and deliver digital capabilities
Bridge business strategy and technology execution
Translate priorities into scalable digital use cases
Act as primary IT interface for Global Logistics
Build positive relationships and deep understanding of business
Co-develop and maintain a multi-year technology roadmap
Align technology roadmap to BD supply chain
Develop demand by identifying
and prioritizing high-value
Use BD’s governance and value management processes

Integrate with transportation and warehouse visibility
Automate trade compliance and risk controls
Optimize network and flow analytics
Integrate with carriers
and customs platforms
