What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8–15 years of experience in IT roles supporting Sales or Commercial functions, Proven background as IT Business Partner, IT Manager or Senior SAP SD Consultant, Solid, hands-on knowledge of SAP SD (S/4HANA preferred), Good understanding of system integrations, Experience working in international, multi‑site organizations, Advanced English skills are mandatory, Knowledge of ITIL fundamentals (incident, problem, change management), Experience in IT project management (waterfall and/or agile), Ability to manage external service providers and system integrators, Business‑oriented IT professional with communication skills, Able to challenge both business and IT constructively, Structured, pragmatic and delivery‑focused, Comfortable in a global industrial environment, Combines hands‑on SAP knowledge with a true IT Business Partner mindset
Nice to Have
EDI experience is a plus, further languages are a plus
What You'll Do.
Act as IT Business Partner for Sales-related functions
Translate business requirements into clear IT solutions and delivery roadmaps
Own and continuously improve Sales IT services
Align global IT standards with local and regional business needs
prioritization and execution for Sales initiatives
Coordinate internal IT teams and external vendors
Ensure system stability
scalability and compliance with IT governance
Drive continuous improvement of Order-to-Cash processes
Support Sales digitalization and automation initiatives
Act as escalation point for critical Sales-related incidents
