What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6-10 years in financial services, 5 years focused on OTC Derivatives, Business Analyst or related capacity, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Computer Science, Experience working in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment
Nice to Have
MBA or CFA designation, Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2)
What You'll Do.
Serve as primary business analyst
Translate business requirements
Analyze settlement workflows
Drive process improvements
Lead requirements gathering sessions
Develop business requirements documents
Analyze trade lifecycle events
Identify operational risks
