What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of Business Analysis / Consultancy experience, 3+ years in life sciences/pharma or the assigned business function, Proven experience independently managing end-to-end BA workstreams, Navigating ambiguous requirements, Evaluating strategic solution options, Demonstrated experience in translating requirements into strategic implementation plans, Align with overall business objectives, Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis/Consultancy concepts and practices, Intermediate expertise in at least one BA capability, Proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation, Comprehensive requirements traceability, Consistent change management, Ability to independently apply tools, principles, concepts, and techniques related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis, Technical foundation in Infrastructure concepts, Familiarity with Hardware, Compute power, Virtualization solutions, Operating Systems, Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, Ability to facilitate workshops, Resolve conflicts, Define stakeholder engagement strategies across functional areas, Proactive mindset, Focus on initiating process improvements, Contributing to organizational development, Regular availability for meetings outside of standard business hours, Availability to travel up to 20% of the time
