What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of IT Business Analyst or IT Product Owner experience, 3+ years in logistics or supply chain technology roles, 3+ years working in Agile sAFE delivery methodology with JIRA, Proven experience in functional and technical user story creation, Proven experience in interface mapping, Proven experience in authoring detailed acceptance criteria, Proven experience in implementing and supporting WMS and OMS solutions, Solid understanding of warehouse operations, Solid understanding of DTC fulfillment, Solid understanding of global logistics processes, knowledge of system integrations, knowledge of APIs, knowledge of middleware, knowledge of data mapping, Excellent leadership skills, Excellent communication skills, Excellent stakeholder management skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities, Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
Nice to Have
Agile sAFE Product Owner and/or Product Manager certification, Experience working with Blue Yonder (BY) WMS, Experience working with IBM DOM, Experience working with Oracle ERP, Master’s degree
