Job Description Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and intellectually curious Business Analyst Intern to support our AI-related initiatives and internal projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, quick learning ability, and a solid IT background, who is eager to work at the intersection of business and emerging technologies such as AI. \--- Key Responsibilities · Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for AI-related use cases and internal initiatives · Support analysis of business scenarios and help translate them into functional requirements or user stories · Work closely with cross-functional teams (business, IT, and AI teams) to support project delivery · Participate in workshops, discussions, and stakeholder communications · Support UAT activities, including test case preparation, execution, and issue tracking · Help coordinate project tasks, track progress, and follow up on action items · Contribute to documentation, presentations, and internal reporting materials \--- Qualifications · Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field · Strong command of English (both written and verbal), able to communicate clearly with stakeholders · Quick learner with strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills · Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment · Good interpersonal skills with a flexible and collaborative mindset \--- Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) · Basic understanding of AI concepts or interest in AI-driven solutions · Familiarity with business analysis practices (e.g., requirements gathering, process mapping) · Exposure to tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, PBI · Previous internship or project experience in IT or business analysis is a plus \--- What You’ll Gain · Hands-on exposure to AI-related business scenarios and enterprise use cases · Experience working on real internal
