We are looking for a talented Banking **IT Business Analyst** to join our team and contribute to ongoing and upcoming projects, related to end-to-end IT and Business analysis of Banking Products. **Responsibilities :** \- Gain understanding of business domains and align software solutions with user needs \- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders \- Define functional and non-functional requirements \- Maintain and prioritize product backlog (features, enhancements, bugs) \- Create functional specifications and wireframes for Sprint planning approval \- Participate in planning meetings to clarify requirements and set priorities \- Lead daily alignment meetings to ensure delivery matches requirements \- Collaborate with implementation team for effort estimation and scope planning \- Support documentation creation and updates as needed **Requirements** \- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field. \- 5+ years of experience in IT post-grad
