What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience), 2+ years of experience supporting business analysis, IT systems, or software development projects, requirements gathering, system design, testing, developing system documentation

Nice to Have

Experience in the utility, energy, and/or energy efficiency sectors, Experience with issue tracking and document management tools, Understanding of relational databases

What You'll Do.

Support software configuration cycle

Support delivery of energy efficiency tracking and reporting

Communicate regularly and effectively with team members

Present during status update meetings

Work with stakeholders of IT systems

Define system requirements

Assist in identifying the best design approach

Generate requirements specifications

Generate process flow diagrams

Generate user interface designs

Generate system documentation

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities

Enter & track support requests

Ensure completion of support requests

Develop understanding of client processes and procedures

Identify improvements relative to technology

Understand capabilities of ICF’s IT systems

Understand application of ICF’s IT systems

Deliver solutions for clients

Train users on IT systems

Assist in troubleshooting issues
