The Role As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across business and technology to shape requirements, improve processes, and support the delivery of high-quality digital solutions. Based in Doha, this role plays a key part in bridging business needs with technical delivery in complex environments. What You’ll Do Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements across technology initiatives Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure shared understanding Support process improvement initiatives using structured analysis and best-practice frameworks Contribute to solution design, testing, and implementation activities Communicate clearly with stakeholders in both Arabic and English across workshops and forums What We’re Looking For Proven experience as an IT or Business Analyst within complex programmes or projects Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) One of the following certifications is required: CBAP or PMI-PBA Strong r
