Must Have
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field, 2–5 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role, Experience with Integration Applications (MuleSoft, AWS Microservices, SOA), analytical and problem-solving skills, Experience with process modeling tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, UML), Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall), Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, MuleSoft), SQL knowledge or experience working with relational databases, Business Analyst certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
