What They're Looking For.

Must Have

8–12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Analyst supporting enterprise technology initiatives in a regulated financial services environment, Experience working with risk data, reference data, or enterprise data platforms, preferably supporting ERM, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, or Regulatory Reporting functions, Demonstrated experience supporting initiatives driven by regulatory requirements, audit findings, or remediation programs, Solid understanding of risk data governance, data lineage, data quality, and control concepts, including expectations aligned with risk data aggregation and reporting principles (e. g. , BCBS 239), Experience translating complex business and regulatory needs into functional requirements, data specifications, business rules, and validation criteria, Familiarity with large-scale data platforms and architectures (e. g. , data warehouses, data lakes, inbound/outbound data feeds), Experience partnering with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Technology, Architecture, and Data Engineering teams in a matrixed environment, Documentation skills, with experience producing artifacts suitable for regulatory review and audit scrutiny, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or structured delivery models

Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent), Professional certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, FRM, or similar) are a plus

Identify opportunities to improve requirement quality

Contribute to the evolution of standard templates

and best practices for risk data analysis
