Associates degree or 2 years of IT experience troubleshooting hardware / software, Experience in Information Systems Management, Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft Office, Windows Server, Active Directory, Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required, Organizational and excellent Customer Service Skills are a must

Nice to Have

Network Plus, Solar Winds monitoring system, Web Helpdesk experience, Working Knowledge of Office 365 Admin

What You'll Do.

Administer Helpdesk System

Setup PC and smartphone

Perform technical and operational support

Provide user support for software

Support web/video conference systems

Manage user creation and deletion

Manage IT asset procurement

Perform software license management

and troubleshoot hardware

Perform periodic performance reporting

Research and recommend technology usage

Report cyber security incidents
