What You'll Do.
Inventory control of IT equipment
Enforce regulations for issuance and disposition
Maintain records for IT equipment
Track IT equipment in internal database
Dispose of outdated equipment
Assist new users in obtaining IT equipment
Issue receipts to users for assigned IT equipment
Label all IT equipment
Move IT hardware for existing users
Ensure connection at new location
Recover unused IT equipment from vacant desks
Transport IT hardware between storage locations
Replace printer consumables
Enter help request tickets
Resolve help request tickets
