Wright. **Job Summary:** The IT Asset Coordinator is responsible for tracking and managing the inventory of IT assets, ensuring proper documentation, and coordinating the deployment and return of equipment. This role focuses on maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and vendor contracts. **Responsibilities** : * Responsible for entering IT Assets into Mobile Device Management (MDM) software for pre-deployment process and management of assets in IT asset management systems * Track and manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle – including inventory, deployment, and return using an inventory management system (i.e., Oomnitza) and Mobile Device Management platforms (i.e., Intune) * Maintain accurate records of Windows and MacOS hardware assets, including warranties * Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely deployment and return of IT equipment * Develop and implement procedures for tracking and managing IT assets * Ensure compliance with vendor contracts and company policies * Generate reports on asset status, usage,
