It is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all North Carolinians, providing human service needs for special populations including individuals who are deaf, blind, developmentally disabled, and mentally ill, and helping poor North Carolinians achieve economic independence. **Description of Work** Enterprise Architect is responsible for defining Enterprise Architecture (EA)principles, policies, and standards and for leading the integration of these principles and standards with other related business and IT processes. This position provides direction in all architecture domains in support of current and future IT operations, Federal, State and Departmental regulations, and compliance with defined architecture principles, standards and models. EA is accountable for the development, direction, performance, ongoing maintenance, and evolution of NC DHHS’ Business, Application, Data, Technology, Integration and Security architecture frameworks. **Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences** ## **Salary Grade Range: $105,341.00 - $184,345.00** ## **Recruitment Range: $105,341.00 - $148,625.00** _Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement._ _The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)/ Management Preferences are not required.
