The role supports both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments, ensuring production continuity, system availability, user satisfaction, and continuous improvement of digital solutions across the plant. ## Primary Responsibilities: * Troubleshoot application errors, performance issues, and user-reported problems * Monitor application availability and data integrity * Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on escalated application issues * Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards * Create SQL queries, stored procedures, and data validations * Support development and enhancement of internal applications and dashboards * Modify and maintain existing scripts, queries, and application configurations * Participate in medium-sized IT and application-related projects including: * Support testing, validation, documentation, and user training * Respo
