BESIX Watpac is seeking an IT Applications and Infrastructure Team Lead to deliver proactive, results-driven solutions that align with business needs. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of infrastructure and application professionals ensuring a strong focus on enterprise applications and Enterprise Resourcing Planning (ERP) systems. This role will be responsible for: * Overseeing team performance and productivity while fostering the ongoing development of team skills and knowledge. * Oversee and continuously improve IT operations, including monitoring systems, system and application management with up-to-date patching, cyber risk and security compliance, * Infrastructure oversight such as proactive management of cloud infrastructure, on-premise infrastructure, backups and software upgrades. * Application oversight including but not limited to: * Ensuring ERP tasks is completed on time by ERP team members * Managing software patching * Proactive management of software licensing * Establishing and developing relationships with key business stakeholders. * Develop and deliver monthly report and metrics on term performance against service delivery targets. ## Qualifications The incumbent in this role will require: * Experience in a similar role within an infrastructure or applications with prior leadership experience. * Relevant degree in Information Technology and ITIL F
