What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of hands-on experience coordinating Microsoft 365 and identity platforms in an enterprise environment, Solid operational knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Exchange Online, Experience supporting enterprise IT service operations using ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk), understanding of SLAs, incident management, and reporting, Direct involvement in handling Entra ID application registrations and Microsoft Graph integrations, Proficient in PowerShell scripting for managing Microsoft 365 environments
Nice to Have
Experience working with Microsoft Intune and its integration with Conditional Access, Experience working with Microsoft 365 migration solutions like ShareGate, AvePoint, or Quest, Familiarity with Power Platform governance and security controls, Experience supporting large-scale or global enterprise environments, Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance tools (DLP, eDiscovery), Experience supporting tenant-to-tenant migrations across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, post-migration validation, permissions remediation, integration reconfiguration, and broader Microsoft platform modernization efforts
