What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Extensive experience managing enterprise application environments, Experience supporting large-scale ICT delivery and operational programs, troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement capability, Experience with environment management, deployments, and operational resilience, Previous experience of working within Federal Government or on Federal government projects, Already having Baseline Security Clearance or able to obtain clearance
Nice to Have
understanding of operational governance, ITIL, and support processes, Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills

Lead administration and management of enterprise applications
Manage application deployments
Provide strategic guidance on application management
Coordinate troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues
Collaborate with delivery teams
and infrastructure teams
Monitor application performance
Ensure systems comply with governance
and operational standards
Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation
Evaluate new technologies and enhancement opportunities
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Support change management
and governance activities
Mentor operational support staff
Provides strategic operational leadership and technical governance
Influences organisational standards
and operational frameworks
Leads complex operational and application management initiatives
Operates with significant autonomy and accountability
Contributes to enterprise capability uplift and continuous improvement
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Works collaboratively with infrastructure teams, architects, developers, vendors, operational support teams, and business stakeholders; Collaborate with delivery teams, vendors, infrastructure teams, and support functions
