Must Have
IT Service Management background, IT Governance background, IT Project Management background, Knowledge about IT policies and Standards, Fluent English in both speaking and writing, Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders, Ability to create and naturally maintain good business relationships with all stakeholders, Comfortable working in VUCA (Volatility Uncertainty Complexity Ambiguity) and highly dynamic environments, High-level understanding on the products/technologies below is required, Databases: Oracle, Application/web servers, Management of security certificates, Server/OS very basic administration, Microservices and SOA architecture, Communication and encryption protocols, Networking (firewalls, load balancers, etc. ), High Availability Architecture, Communication and encryption protocols (SSL, TLS), Reasonable understanding and relevant experience in Agile-Scrum delivery and main tools (Jira & Confluence, Artifactory, Bitbucket, Deployment Pipelines), 4-5 years of working experience within IT, 2-3 years of project management or application owner experience, Highly organized and self-driven worker with analytical skills, Experience working with distributed development teams, Experience in finance products

What You'll Do.
SME support for ongoing enhancement and maintenance of the application
Ensuring that the changes to the applications in scope are fully aligned to Deutsche Bank standards and regulations
Guaranteeing system stability
Ensuring a smooth and successful transition to production
steady-state environment
Conducting strategic planning for the application
Managing strategic capacity
consumption and performance management
manage and influence the main stakeholders
along with the related emerging risks and opportunities
Ensuring policy-compliance for the application
Facilitating and contributing to the audit activities
Managing software licenses
security certificates and contracts with service providers
Ensuring documentation availability
Identifying and managing technical projects necessary to ensure required and established service levels are maintained
Working with development teams to estimate work effort throughout different phases of the functional domain deliverables
Assisting with development of configuration / monitoring / packaging / deployment / automations
documenting and communicating risks and issues discovered during delivery cycle
