Job Description: 1、负责 ERP(D365)、CRM、Pricing Tool、Customer Portal等关键业务系统的运维与持续优化,保障系统稳定高效运行。收集业务端运维需求,快速响应业务部门在系统使用中的问题。 2、深入营销业务部门(线索、报价、折扣、订单、采购、财务等),与业务骨干及关键用户进行有效沟通 3、参与系统更新需求的变更管理,配合变更管理委员会协助用户UAT测试、保障业务流程端到端可用 4、负责业务系统故障排查(Troubleshooting)、End user supporting。支持业务系统数据及工作流管理,权限管理,参与系统日常运维的相关工作。 Requirements: * 本科及以上学历,不限专业,5年以上数字化相关工作经验,熟悉软件开发测试与交付流程。具备IT技术背景者优先 * 具备B2B公司Enterprise Solution相关软件业务全流程支持经验,熟悉ERP 系统,CRM客户管理、Pricing定价策略,客户主数据管理等系统逻辑。有Dynamic365,PowerApps Power Automate 等微软系 产品运维支持经验者优先 * 掌握数据库操作,熟悉低代码平台,和数据分析工具,具备独立故障排查能力,有跨国项目经验优先。 * 具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力、需求理解能力与问题分析能力,能精准对接业务需求并转化为系统解决方案。 * 工作认真负责、耐心细致,具备良好的团队协作精神、执行力与抗压能力,能快速响应业务端需求。 * 具备良好的英文读写能力,能查阅英文官方文档、技术资料者优先。 * 具备良好的英文沟通能力,与总部技术支持团队与关键用户顺畅沟通 As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth.
