Nice to Have
Associate's degree in technology, networking, or information systems, One (1) year of technology and networking experience, IT/Network certification (CompTIA, Net+, Security+)
What You'll Do.
Support site users with IT device support
Support business system support
Ensure high availability of EZMAX
Support IBM Maximo mobility
Resolve Maximo issues
Provide support to mobile and desktop users
Identify Tier 2 issues
Build and maintain MS Power BI reports
Facilitate biweekly Maximo sessions
Develop and present training curricula
Install and resolve issues with Tessera sensors
Ensure users leverage collaboration venues
Ensure proper folder structures are leveraged
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with the central IT team; Work closely with the Tessera IT team; Coordination with the Maximo Programmer/Analyst team; Interaction with technical consultants and teams; Interaction with site managers and executives; Work in a team-oriented environment
