We are currently seeking an IT and Development Engineer to design, implement, and manage computer applications and systems that support organizational processes and drive efficiency. **What will you do?** The IT and Development Engineer is responsible for developing applications based on business needs, managing servers, and supporting users while ensuring compliance with corporate standards and confidentiality requirements. This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities to maintain system integrity and foster organizational health. **Key Roles & Responsibilities Application Development & Management** * Develop computer applications that solve or facilitate productive, storage, administrative, and other organizational processes. * Design and implement solutions aligned with business needs. * Write and maintain operating procedures and system documentation. Server & Database Administration * Install and manage SQL Server. * Manage web servers (IIS). * Ensure confidentiality and security of managed information. User Support & Training * Provide user support and troubleshoot application-related issues. * Train users on system functionality and best practices.
