We employ a comprehensive technology ecosystem and are preparing our IT foundations to move into the world of IoT and AI. As part of this journey, we are currently assessing our ERP platform to ensure it supports our future business needs and growth. We are looking for an IT Analyst who can support us on a 12 Month Max Term Contract. As our IT Analyst, you'll provide technical support to users while maintaining and enhancing key business systems, including SAP Business One (SAP B1) and Microsoft-based applications. You'll develop and support solutions using SQL, .NET, Power Apps, and Power Automate, helping to improve business processes and drive operational efficiency. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll contribute to projects, troubleshoot technical issues, and play an important role in delivering reliable and innovative technology solutions. About your new job The IT Analyst will report to the IT and Business Solution Manager. The IT Analyst is responsible for establishing and maintaining user requirements for various systems. They actively identify opportunities and issues where IT solutions can enhance business operations or specific team functions.
