Key Responsibilities * Lead test strategy, planning, and execution for functional and automated testing across global supply chain projects (ERP, WMS, TMS, planning tools, quality management). * Translate business requirements into functional test scenarios and automated test scripts ; ensure traceability to requirements. * Develop and maintain a robust automation framework (UI, API, data validation, integration points) aligned with Mattel’s technology landscape. * Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, UAT scope, and business process validation. * Balance hands-on execution (designing and running tests) with leadership responsibilities (mentoring, coordinating testers, managing offshore/onsite resources). * Collaborate with environment and data teams to ensure test readiness: appropriate environments, data sets, and automation pipelines. * Manage defect lifecycle : logging, prioritization, root cause analysis, retesting, and closure. * Drive continuous integration / continuous testing practices, working closely with DevOps and release teams. * Provide reporting on test execution, automation coverage, defects, and readiness metrics to leadership. * Promote best practices in test automation : code reusability, modularization, maintainability, and performance validation. * Ensure compliance with audit, controls, and regulatory requirements relevant to manufacturing and toy safety. ## Q
