What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, 5+ years of experience in QA / testing roles, at least 2+ years in test lead capacity, understanding of supply chain business processes (planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, quality), Hands-on expertise with test automation tools (e. g. , Selenium, Tosca, TestRail, UFT, Cypress, or similar), Proven ability to design and maintain automation frameworks (UI, API, regression packs), experience with functional testing: business scenarios, regression, integration, and UAT, Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests into DevOps practices, Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills, communication and stakeholder ability to work with business users, IT, and vendors in a global, matrixed environment
Nice to Have
Experience in consumer products, toys, retail, or manufacturing industries, Exposure to large ERP environments (SAP or equivalent) and supply chain execution systems, Experience with performance/load testing tools (e. g. , JMeter, LoadRunner), Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms, Prior experience mentoring junior testers or leading small QA teams
