What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–5 years' IT support experience, Solid technical fundamentals across Windows/macOS support, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi), Intune, remote tools (e. g. TeamViewer), and meeting room setup, Service desk savvy — confident with ticketing platforms (Zendesk), incident/request/problem management, and clear documentation, End-to-end ownership of onboarding/offboarding, asset lifecycle, vendor liaison, and involvement in IT projects (rollouts, migrations, upgrades), Great with people — communicator who can translate tech for non-technical users and deliver excellent customer service, A problem-solver's mindset — analytical, adaptable, collaborative, and always keen to learn

Relevant degree or certifications (CompTIA, ITIL, Microsoft)
What You'll Do.
Offer day-to-day technical support for laptop fleet
Provide technical onsite support
Assist with IT support for Manufacturing and Supply Chain systems
Manage and respond to helpdesk queries
Provision and manage laptops
Ensure compliance of all devices and accounts
Provide support for Teams rooms and Meeting tech

Provide clear documentation
