The IT Analyst is a business-critical frontline role that safeguards site uptime, operational continuity, and end-user productivity by delivering hands-on IT support across office, warehouse, manufacturing, and lab environments. The position owns L1/L2 incident resolution, request fulfilment, and on-site support execution while partnering with senior analysts and global IT teams to reduce disruption and sustain reliable technology performance. This role is essential to keeping site-critical functions running reliably, ensuring technology issues are resolved with speed, discipline, and clear accountability.
