What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in IT Administration or a similar role, experience with Windows and macOS (Jamf) administration, including system deployment and scripting, Practical knowledge of network administration, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and basic switching/routing concepts, Experience with endpoint setup and maintenance: laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals, Proficiency in Office 365, Azure AD, device management, and system integrations, Solid understanding of networks, including firewalls, switches, VPNs, and access controls, Awareness of cybersecurity practices, Fluency in Lithuanian, proficiency in English
Nice to Have
familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001 or NIST

Proactively diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues

Automate repetitive tasks and manual processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors
