Must Have
B. A. /B. S., 5+ years of IT admin experience, Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification, 2+ years of Active Directory and Exchange administration, 2+ years of experience in ITSM ticketing systems such as ConnectWise, At least two years' experience in a similar role, Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies, Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security, Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, Self-starter able to work independently or as part of a team, Strong organizational and time management skills, Strong customer service skills

ITIL certification helpful
What You'll Do.
Manage company's information technology infrastructure
Provide support to consultants and corporate staff
Upgrade and install hardware and software
Perform troubleshooting to resolve IT issues
servers and enterprise applications
Optimize the performance of IT infrastructure
Monitor and maintain networks and servers
install and configure new hardware and software
Implement security protocols and procedures
Create user accounts and perform access control
Perform diagnostic tests and debugging procedures
Backup and archive data
Develop data retrieval and recovery procedures
Design and implement end-user feedback and error reporting systems
Supervise and mentor IT department employees
Keep up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration
Maintain network equipment
Support remote work environment
Follow ISO 20000: 2018 procedures
