Life at Gameloft Sofia We are a collective of avid gamers who create cross-platform games while living a culture full of energy, creative collision and fun. Ideas to break and fix stuff spark during internal workshops. Friendships grow over board-game tournaments. Theatre and Books clubs bring people together beyond the screen. WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON Main challenge The primary focus of this role is to systematically investigate our game builds to identify, document, and help resolve software issues before the titles reach millions of players worldwide. You will act as an essential line of defense in ensuring game stability, performance, and overall quality. What it meanson a daily basis •Execute test cycles – play various game versions repeatedly across different scenarios, hardware setups, and edge cases to uncover hidden flaws •Document and track bugs – use our internal bug-tracking database (Jira) to log clear, detailed, and reproducible descriptions of identified issues according to company standards •Collaborate with developers – work closely with the development team to communicate bugs promptly and follow up on fixes to update their status •Follow quality plans – review game documentation, execute pre-defined test plans, and thoroughly work through structured test cases What success will look like •High-quality reports – your bug descriptions are clear, accurate, and easy for developers to reproduce without needing extensive follow-up questions •Proactive problem solving – you catch critical or blocker issues early in the production cycle, minimizing the risk of bugs slipping into live versions •Reliable testing delivery – you systematically cover your assigned test cases within agreed timelines while maintaining a high standard of attention to detail Who you would be working
