Must Have

7+ years of software engineering experience, 2+ years leading engineering teams, Proven history of deploying and maintaining complex, high-precision on-chain systems in production, Production experience writing backend systems in Rust, Solid Solidity and EVM development experience, Familiarity with the SPL Token program, Familiarity with Token-2022, Familiarity with Associated Token Accounts, Experience with cross-chain messaging and bridging protocols

Nice to Have

Prior experience at a high-growth digital assets company or DeFi protocol, Experience with security tooling and audit workflows for EVM and non-EVM chains, AI-curious and fluent, Open-source contributions to on-chain programs, SDKs, or developer tooling, Degree in computer science or a related field
