Full Job Description
## **Job Purpose:** Internal sales specialised within a sub BU allocated to accounts where possible, deep knowledge of portfolio, process and vendor pricing, manages all quotes and closes orders; incentivized based on part of the portfolio ## **Responsibilities:** * Build Excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge under supervision * Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and can have a general conversation around a solution/product area * Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets * Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts * Engages in active inside selling by using a number of different sources to gain information on customers and utilises this to maximise call potential and outcomes * Manages customer backorder along specialist knowledge and engages in “intelligent project fishing” * In AS either manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirements * Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions * Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers * Attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) such as customer engagement * Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition * Develops partner relationship (incl. account planning, cross-selling etc.) * Identifies project opportunities and engages with BDMs if specific product/ vendor knowledge is required * Drives sales of specific products/ vendors if specific knowledge is required * Provides accurate and timely quotations (SMB Managed (AS), SP/ E-Var/ SI segment, Specialists (IBM), entire AS BUs) * Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX’s CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities * Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting * Ensure CRM system is well maintained and provid
