At Nooks, we value innovation, collaboration, and a service-first mindset. ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a Physical Security Generalist to support the US Space Force classified enterprise. This is a hands-on role focused on the execution and sustainment of physical security requirements for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) and other classified spaces. The Physical Security Generalist will work under the direction of the SSO and senior security leadership to support SCIF operations, inspections, documentation, and compliance activities. This role emphasizes implementation, coordination, and continuous compliance, rather than program ownership or final approval authority. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. SCIF Operations & Compliance Support Support the day-to-day physical security operations of accredited SCIFs in accordance with ICD 705 and applicable DoDMs/AFMANs. Assist with SCIF accreditation, re-accreditation, and change management activities by preparing documentation and tracking compliance actions. Maintain accurate records related to SCIF accreditations, inspections, waivers, and security incidents. 2. Physical Security Systems & Access Control Administer and monitor physical access control systems (PACS), including badging, card readers, and access logs.
