What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years repair/service experience, Working knowledge of low voltage controls, Working knowledge of programmable logic controllers, Valid driver's license, Acceptable MVR, High School diploma, Journeyman Certification/License in Electrical, Journeyman Certification/License in Plumbing, Journeyman Certification/License in Mechanical Disciplines, Equivalent experience, Basic computer skills, Basic handheld skills, Ability to follow reporting SOPs via handheld, Ability to read and interpret documents in English, Ability to work in a constant state of alertness, Ability to work in an unfatigued state, Ability to accurately gauge lengths of time and distance, Ability to quickly store and recall instructions, Ability to concentrate and perform tasks, Ability to cope with sudden changes, Fast reflexes, Unimpaired coordination, Ability to rapidly respond to stimuli, Not mentally or physically impaired, Ability to take prompt and appropriate response
Nice to Have
Maintain internal company testing requirements above 80% for all company Tech 1 level training courses

Ensure ISB machines are operating
Produce to meet customer demand
Conduct service calls
Troubleshoot ISB machines
Complete installations
Perform preventive maintenance SOP
Inspect bagger components
Replace bagger components
Apply technical documentation
Work at customer locations
Work at Reddy Ice plants
Work within refurbishment centers
Attend technician trainings
Learn additional trade skills
Ensure vehicle is in good order
Ensure tools are in good order
Ensure equipment is in good order
Maintain spare parts inventory
Communicate need for supplies
Communicate with store personnel
Maximize ISB production
Plan for periods of peak demand
Drive Customer Centric Culture
