**Overview:** The TCFSH Systems/Application Analyst will support the internal systems and applications for The Center for Family Safety and Healing. Responsibilities will include: * Account management for new user access and user account adjustments for applications and system, verifying user permission accuracy. * Collaborating with technical supervisor for support on system changes. * Improving outcomes for patients and families through best practice system enhancements and design. * Third-party vendor interaction: Submitting support tickets, attending build and implementation discussions, training, and account overview with third party application vendors. * This position will be a hybrid\remote position including some onsite and some remote work from home. **Job Description Summary:** Analyzes, designs, implements, and maintains systems to support business requirements. Ability to work flexible schedules to meet job requirements; requires 24/7 on call after-hours support. **Job Description:** **Essential Functions:** * Carries out systems analysis and translates business requirements into technical specifications. * Tests and debugs systems to ensure they are functioning properly. Provides technical support and troubleshooting for systems issues. * Designs and develops new systems by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts, and diagrams. Maintains documentation of system design, testing, and implementation. * Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that systems are integrated and aligned with business needs. * Trains end-users to use new or modified software or applications. * Stays up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of information systems to ensure that systems are optimized and efficient. **Education Requirement:** * Associates degree or equivalent experience, required. * Bachelor's degree, preferred. **Certifications:** ITIL certification or training, preferred. **Skills:** * Familiarity with data management
