Must Have
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows 11, Demonstrable problem solving ability, Calm and professional under pressure, Physically able to move and set up equipment
Nice to Have
Familiarity with MacOS and iOS, Experience in the legal industry, 1-3 years of relevant technical support or service desk experience
What You'll Do.
Provide timely delivery of IS services
Troubleshoot basic hardware
Troubleshoot basic software
Interact professionally with customers
Assist with deploying end-user equipment
Configure end-user equipment
Maintain end-user equipment
Assist with deploying conference room AV
Configure conference room AV
Maintain conference room AV
Resolve customer issues
Log all pertinent information
Escalate interactions appropriately
