What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8 years of Information Systems experience, 8 to 12 years of experience in Software Asset Management, IT Asset Management, or IT Vendor Management, Experience managing enterprise software audits (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Adobe, etc. ), understanding of license models (subscription, SaaS, core-based, user-based), Experience leading operational teams, Financial acumen including forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimization, Experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro or similar SAM tooling, stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of SAM & Application Decommission / Technology Rationalization, this role will lead day-to-day SAM operations, manage two AIN SAM Analysts, and ensure Amgen maintains a compliant, optimized, and audit-ready software licensing posture.
