What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 7 years of combined experience providing information technology support, Minimum of 4 years project management experience, Experience in a healthcare environment
Nice to Have
Advanced understanding of database systems, Oracle, SQL, Access Database structures, Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server platforms, OR Epic including but not limited to design, installation, configuration, optimization, and administration
What You'll Do.
Carries out systems analysis

Schedules work of systems analysts
Documents system design
maintenance procedures
Assures data integrity and system survivability
Evaluates effectiveness of existing systems
Recommends modifications to improve system performance
Oversees and coordinates system testing
Oversees and coordinates user acceptance testing
Oversees and coordinates end-user training

Provides technical and advice and guidance to team members; Collaborates with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements; Collaborates with project managers and other team members
