What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration, installation and repair of irrigation systems, Advanced English, Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and deadlines, Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently, Physical and mental aptitude to perform outdoor tasks in various environmental conditions, Ability to safely and responsibly operate light vehicles, Availability to work rotating shifts
Nice to Have
Proficiency in QGis AutoCAD, Task tracker, CIRRUS Pro and DEACON
What You'll Do.
optimize irrigation operations
Manage technical components and human resources
Administer water resources precisely
Ensure turf health and optimal playability
Ensure operation and maintenance procedures align with manufacturer recommendations
Lead irrigation technicians
Collaborate with field supervisors
Maintain constant communication with golf course staff
and supervise irrigation projects
Develop work plans and reports
Maintain updated database on irrigation system
Prepare and administer budgets for irrigation system
and maintain irrigation system components
Ensure efficient water use on golf course
Operate specialized equipment and software
Manage irrigation system parts inventory
Learn new tasks as needed
Participate in design
and testing of new irrigation infrastructure
Comply with occupational safety and health standards
Operate assigned equipment and machinery responsibly
Recycle and dispose of waste properly
Collaborate in resort work events
Contribute to energy efficiency and ISO 50001 compliance
