What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university, 7-10 years of experience with Finance Organization, 3 years in accounting process, Leadership experience in managing/coordinating teams, Fluent English, Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
Nice to Have
Experience in the MedTech Industry, Knowledge of any EMEA language (other than English)
What You'll Do.
Supervise the activities of the Local Finance organization
Responsible to produce accurate and timely financial statements (income statement and balances sheet) in accordance with U. S. GAAP and local laws for all the different Legal Entities of Ireland
Work closely with the BPO team to ensure smooth transition of assigned activities and resolve gaps and challenges
Oversight of the country statutory financial statement preparation for the Irish legal entities
Work closely with Treasury organization and Tax operations for country specific matters
clear and concise communication of material items impacting the finance results to Global GSC organization
Supporting the Finance Global team for any project involving Ireland entities
Solventum liaison for audit
tax and financial regulatory bodies
Support the Country Governance team and represent the Finance function in the Leadership team
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Interface with Local Governance Leaders, EMEA/Global Finance Leaders and External Finance partners on several topics; Collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world; Partner closely with the brightest minds in healthcare; Ability to build and maintain collaboration with different stakeholders at all levels; Represent the Finance function in the Leadership team
