Johnson Controls Industrial Refrigeration levert zeer efficiënte industriële vries-, koel- en luchtbehandelingsystemen voor diverse specifieke productie- en bewaarprocessen voor diverse industrieën. We bieden het volledige pakket aan van A tot Z: zo voeren wij de studie en het ontwerp uit, nemen wij het projectbeheer en de installatie op onze verantwoordelijkheid en bieden we ten slotte nog de nodige After Sales Service en Remote Control diensten aan. Daarenboven kan Johnson Controls beroep doen op de expertise van eigen merken zoals: YORK, SABROE en FRICK. Binnen de afdeling IREF installatie, locatie Gorinchem, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Project Automation Engineer. Wat je zult doen Als Project Engineer Automation ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp en de uitvoering van de industriële automatisering voor industriële koelinstallaties. Dit gebeurt vooral met behulp van Simatic-PLC-sturingen, -HMI en -scada. Voor elk project gaat dit van analyse, selectie, aankoop, configuratie en programmatie, tot en met de opstart bij de klant. Je maakt deel uit van het Automation & Electricity team en verleent steun aan onze Project Engineer Scada en onze Project Engineer Electricity. Je houd je bezig met projecten voor onze gerenommeerde Nederlandse klanten met projecten over de hele wereld. Hoe je het zult doen · Analyse van het project, aan de hand van de P&ID wordt een analyse gemaakt en wordt de beste automatiserings oplossing geselecteerd. · Aankoop, configuratie en programmatie van de PLC-sturingen, HMI panels, bus-systemen, drives, enzovoort. U wordt hierbij begeleid door onze Automation & Electricity Manager. Bijscholing wordt u aangeboden. · Ontwikkelen van standaard software-applicaties en aanmaken van software-libraries. · Je bent de backup voor onze Project Engineer Scada. · Nauw samenwerken met onze Project Engineer Electricity die de opvolging verzorgt van de elektrische installatie. · Je bent de backup voor onze Project Engineer Electricity voor het make
