Bachelor's Degree Life sciences, greater than 7 years clinical research experience, 4 years project management experience, advanced knowledge of job area, broad knowledge of other related job areas, Knowledge of clinical trial conduct, skill in applying applicable clinical research regulatory requirements, Good software and computer skills, MS Office applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

What You'll Do.
Participate in bid defense preparations
Lead bid defense presentations
Understand project strategy
Operationalise the agreed upon approach
Develop integrated study management plans
Plan and execute clinical studies
Ensure consistent use of study tools
Ensure training materials compliance
Ensure compliance with standard processes
Set objectives of the core project team
Assess team performance
Collaborate with other functional groups
Support milestone achievement
Manage study issues and obstacles
Monitor progress against contract
Present project information proactively
Deliver and manage medium to large sized studies
Manage risk proactively
Lead problem solving efforts
Achieve project quality
Identify quality risks and issues
Respond to issues raised
Plan corrective action plans
Implement preventative action plans
Serve as primary project contact
Own relationship with customer contact
Communicate with IQVIA business development representatives
Build the cross-functional project team
Manage cross-collaboration of the core team
