Speak, write, and read fluently in English, Minimum 18 months of hands-on experience working with IPP queues

Nice to Have

1+ years of work experience, 18+ months of demonstrated experience processing and managing IPP queue operations

What You'll Do.

Deliver blended learning classes and programs

Manage batch upload to Intake Tool

Own completion of trainee surveys

Understand participant needs and frame training structure

Manage schedules and attendance for trainings

Understand operational needs for training

Manage learning logistics

Create effective learning environment

Report on testing results

Develop and create training modules

Customize training modules

Communicate with business owners

Ensure trainings are conducted on time

Track and analyze training effectiveness

Escalate new hire attrition

Flag poor performance

Flag behavioral issues in training

Facilitate blended learning

Plan blended learning

Implement blended learning

Assess blended learning

Support quality and assurance initiatives

Call out dependencies

Develop risk mitigation plan

Create performance improvement program

Foster performance improvement program

Maintain performance improvement program

Provide feedback to investigators

Provide quantifiable picture of TSE

Participate in design of materials

Participate in development of curriculum

Mitigate gaps in training

Eliminate gaps in training
