Automakers are competing fiercely on new business models and technology, and automotive semiconductors sit at the heart of this transformation — demand has never been higher. Our team develops a next-generation device called IPD, replacing traditional fuses and mechanical relays. With demand growing across diverse applications driven by electrification and autonomous driving, IPD is a high-potential core device in automotive semiconductors. In this internship, you’ll work on real Power Device and Mixed-signal semiconductor products, gaining hands-on experience in analog/digital design, simulation, and layout — the full development cycle. You’ll also evaluate actual devices, and your designs could even be adopted into mass-produced products. It’s a valuable chance to apply your graduate expertise to real-world product development.
