More info at Akidolabs.com. IPA Operations Manager The Opportunity Akido is building delegated IPA/MSO infrastructure across Southern California, and this role sits at the center of that work. As IPA Operations Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our physician network — the person practices call when something needs to get done and the face of the IPA in the field. You'll report directly to senior IPA leadership with high visibility and real ownership from day one. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape how a growing Medicare Advantage organization operates, with a clear path to Director for the right candidate. What You'll Do Own day-to-day IPA operations — intake and routing of issues from health plans, providers, and patients, through to resolution Serve as the primary relationship holder for physician offices across the network, maintaining regular touchpoints and structured feedback loops Rebuild and deepen trust with independent physician practices by following through on commitments and connecting them to MSO and corporate resources Coordinate with the Regional Growth Director on provider recruitment, onboarding, and network gap tracking Support provider onboarding end-to-end — ensuring new practices are welcomed, activated, and operationally integrated M
