Technical Leadership · Lead architecture, design, and development efforts for high-scale, video-rich iOS applications · Ensure the team delivers performant, secure, and maintainable Swift-based code leveraging frameworks like SwiftUI, UIKit, Combine · Oversee deep integrations with video playback (HLS, DASH), personalization engines, and real-time APIs · Drive consistency, scalability, and shared services across mobile platforms · Collaborate with AI/ML and backend teams to embed personalized experiences within the iOS app Team Management & Mentorship · Manage, coach, and grow a team of iOS engineers—fostering ownership, creativity, and continuous improvement · Lead technical reviews and support knowledge sharing through documentation and internal talks · Promote a high bar for engineering excellence including automated testing, CI/CD, and observability · Hire and onboard new engineers, helping them succeed in a fast-paced media environment Cross-Functional Collaboration · Work closely
