What You'll Do.
Lead coordination and scheduling of monthly and quarterly investor update meetings
Assist with planning and execution of investor onsite visits
Take notes during investor meetings
enter summaries into the investor relationship database
and flag follow up items for the team
Support investor communications by helping draft the team’s weekly recap and coordinating follow‑ups with investors and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate investor and prospective investor contact records across internal trackers and platforms
monitoring for updates and changes
Partner with associates to update
and distribute Legal and Compliance approved investor‑facing materials and statistics
Support administration of the investor data portal
including adding prospective investors and posting updated materials
Book travel and submit team expenses for reimbursement in line with firm policies
Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks to support the team’s day-to-day operations
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Interact with senior management, internal teams, and external partners; Frequent interaction with the firm’s offices in London, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Tokyo; Partner with associates to update, watermark, and distribute Legal and Compliance approved investor‑facing materials and statistics; Support team and firm goals; Focus on supporting collective success over individual outcomes

A Career with Point72's Capital Development & Investor Relations Team The Investor Relations team is a high energy group that is responsible for raising funds from external investors to support the firm’s capital management plan and for maintaining strong relationships with the firm’s existing investors. We are the first point of contact for investors and also interact with senior management, internal teams, and external partners such as the administrator, data providers, and consultants. Our team members are based in Stamford and New York, with frequent interaction with the firm’s offices in London, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Tokyo.
