What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment management, or corporate finance, Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field, analytical and financial modeling skills, Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Nice to Have

Buy-side experience strongly preferred, Familiarity with IR tools and platforms (e. g. , Bloomberg, FactSet, Q4, Nasdaq IR Insight) ideal

This individual will play a critical role in shaping and communicating the company’s investment narrative to the financial community. The ideal candidate will bring buy-side experience, a deep understanding of capital markets, and exceptional writing and communication skills. **This is an on-site role based from our Austin, TX Corporate HQ. Fridays remote.** ## ## What a typical day looks like: * Investor Communication: Develop and maintain compelling investor materials, including earnings scripts, press releases, investor presentations, Q&A documents, and annual reports. * Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to inform internal stakeholders and support strategic decision-making. * Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders; coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences. * Financial Analysis: Collaborate with finance and strategy teams to interpret financial results and translate them into clear, investor-friendly messaging. * Reporting & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate disclosure in compliance with SEC regulations and company policies. * Strategic Messaging: Help craft and refine the company’s long-term equity story and investment thesis. ## What we're looking to add to our team: * Experience: 5 years of exp
