Investor Operations Lead (m/f/d) As Investor Operations Lead, you will build the servicing engine that keeps every Moonfare investor ready-to-invest, compliant, and expertly served, acting as Moonfare's 1st line of defence, partnering directly with our Compliance team (2LoD) and our Commercial leadership, and leading a team of 6–7 across three functions: Investor Regulatory Operations (1LoD), Investor Payment Operations, and Investor Services. This is a player-coach role. You will set direction for the function and be genuinely hands-on where it matters most: reviewing complex MiFID II procedures and handling sensitive investor escalations. We are looking for a leader who treats regulation as a design constraint to engineer around, not a wall to hide behind, and who coaches their team to do the same.
